DJP OMNI-JOINT literally forms the missing link in the far-reaching industrialization of the carpentry process. SINGLE PART PRODUCTION
The carpentry industry is currently moving towards producing in parts, known as Single Part Production (SPP). This production method makes enormous gains in shortening lead times and a saving of at least 30% on labor costs and thus the profitability of the company. Machining centers are already fully equipped for this, the modern spray lines and paint suppliers are also ready. However, a suitable SPP connection method was missing. Until now.
VERSATILE
The DJP OMNI-JOINT connection system is suitable for all wood sizes, details, wood types and regardless of the type of paint. The parts are put together on an assembly table, with or without the option of directly enclosing glass. It is suitable for a flowcoat finish, although painted wooden parts will yield the greatest return.
