DBP Mounting frames are made of Durodeen. Durodeen is a weather-resistant material with a closed-cell structure. This gives moisture no chance to affect the material and creates a very high insulation value. The material is recycled and can serve as a base material again after application. DBP mounting frames are custom-made to project specifications and are easy to work with and process. To reduce construction waste, the adjustment profiles are delivered at the desired length.

WEATHERPROOF
DBP mounting frames are made of Durodeen. Durodeen is a thermosetting plastic and is impervious to water and moisture.
VERY HIGH INSULATION VALUE
Durodeen has a closed-cell structure. This achieves the exceptionally high insulation value of 0.076W/m.K.
DETAILING TO YOUR SPECIFICATION
DBP mounting frames are produced entirely according to your specifications. As a result, window frames always have a good water- and wind-tight connection to the building frame.
POSSIBLE POST-PROCESSING
Durodeen has the same machining capabilities as wood. The material is easy to saw, drill, screw, plane, glue, etc.
RECYCLED MATERIAL
The Durodeen used for mounting frames is made of 40% recycled Durodeen. Durodeen is fully recyclable after application.
CUSTOMISED
To reduce construction waste, Durodeen DBP mounting frames are delivered to size. The cross-section of the profile can be specified customer/project-specifically. Innodeen finishes the visible side with a black coating as standard.
