The Management
GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT
Alarm: call 999 (internal) and, in the event of fire, a manual fire alarm and 112 call. Follow the instructions of your contact person and the BHV in-house emergency response team.
Smoking is only allowed during breaks in designated areas.
Eating and drinking in the production areas (except offices) is prohibited. Please use the canteen.
The use of alcohol, drugs and weapons, or being under the influence of these substances is prohibited. A zero tolerance policy applies.
Making audio, photo or video recordings is prohibited.
It is forbidden to enter buildings and installations that have not been authorised by your contact person.
Your contact person will provide instructions on the safety measures to be taken and the risks associated with any work to be carried out, including possible contact with hazardous substances.
It is mandatory to follow instructions (prohibition signs, instruction signs, regulations).
The maximum speed at the location is 15 km/h. The Road Traffic Act applies to the site.
The use of personal protective equipment and safety shoes is mandatory.
Undesirable behaviour, offensive behaviour of a sexual nature and of another nature (aggression, discrimination, bullying, violence etc.) will absolutely not be tolerated.
Instructions given by the BHV in-house emergency response team must always be followed.

HOW TO ACT IN CASE OF (FIRE) ALARM
An intermittent audible signal is heard through the SlowWhoops:
If possible, close windows and doors (do not lock);
Leave the building/your workplace as quickly as possible by the shortest route;
Follow the instructions of your contact person and the BHV in-house emergency response team;
Go to the gathering point (back of the car park).
SELF-REPORTING OF ALARM:
Fire / accident / incident: call 999 In case of fire: activate the manual fire alarm and call 112!
SELF-REPORTING OF PERSONAL INJURY:
Personal injuries must be treated by an BHV in-house emergency response team member, ask your contact person. BHV: call 999
