WHY
DTS VARIPRO
DTS VARIPRO door sills have been developed for and in collaboration with the plastic and aluminum frame industry. The VARIPRO system is modularly adjustable, depending on the compartment filling and suitable for all known profile houses. The system is divided into two groups: VARIPRO BASIC and VARIPRO PLUS. Hollodeen, from which the DTS sills are made, is fully recyclable and already consists of up to 90% recycled material. DTS SILLS ARE FULLY CIRCULAR AND CRADLE TO CRADLE CERTIFIED.

VARIPRO BASIC / PLUS
The VARIPRO system has two lines: BASIC en PLUS. The table below shows the differences.

DTS VARIPRO BASIC
The DTS VARIPRO BASIC system is supplied in lengths of 6 meters and is universally applicable for all known profile houses. The basic profile continues under the entire frame element. Depending on the fillings, the appropriate adapters are fitted. The Hollodeen, of which the sills are made, is very easy to saw, drill and screw.
Thanks to the modular construction, various compartment fillings can be combined within one element.
In addition to the basic profile, the VARIPRO BASIC system has various application battens and also a thickening profile (not shown). The basic profile always runs under the entire element. Depending on the fillings, the respective application battens are mounted by means of screws.

If your profile system is not listed, please contact our R & D department. In many cases, thanks to the modular structure, we can easily make a small adjustment to the application battens so that we can perfectly match your system.
DTS VARIPRO PLUS
The DTS VARIPRO PLUS system is fully customized and supplied with nuts.
Because the thresholds are ready-to-use, this system is very easy to integrate into your work flow.
You do not need to make any further edits yourself. Recesses for closing caps and the like can be made entirely as desired.
Die patentierte Klickmontage sorgt für eine schnellere Verarbeitung und Blindmontage. This, in combination with the Nuts and the option of applying direct glazing, ensures a very attractive end result with very sleek lines.
The VARIPRO PLUS principle consists of one, continuous, basic profile with adapters, nuts and a stop profile. Depending on the filling of the compartments, the respective adapters can be attached very easily by means of the patented click mounting.
VARIPRO PLUS door sills are profile house bound and are supplied ready-to-fit. Examples
the DTS-AHA line are suitable for K-Vision and Gealan and DTS-VEKA profiles.

If you would like to have a DTS VARIPRO PLUS sill system developed for another profile house, please contact our R&D department. In many cases, thanks to the modular structure, we can easily make a small adjustment to the application battens so that we can perfectly match your system.
CE MARKING
DTS VARIPRO sills comply with the building code. In order to be able to supply frames with a CE mark, frame suppliers are obliged to supply a fully sealed and tested element, including a threshold. However, a standard plastic frame profile as a threshold does not meet the Building Decree requirements, an aluminum threshold is unfavorable in terms of insulation value and natural stone cannot be pre-assembled as part of the total construction. The DTS VARIPRO PLUS threshold is the solution to this problem.

DTS products are designed to retain value after the end of their useful life.
HOLLODEEN, of which the DTS SILLS are made, is 100% recyclable and already consists of up to 90% recycled material.
Used sills can simply and efficiently serve as basic material for new sills in accordance with the C2C principle.
For that reason DTS SILLS from HOLLODEEN are Cradle to Cradle SILVER certified.
