DJP OMNI-JOINT THE MISSING LINK
The first joint for the Single Part Production of timber frames, windows and doors. The circle is complete for the assembly of painted frame parts. The unique DJP OMNI-JOINT connector clamps the parts to form a strong element. Machining centres are already fully equipped for this type of production, just as the modern spraying lines. As a result, this patented joint provides maximum support in time and quality.
SINGLE PART PRODUCTION
The timber door, window and fasade industry is now moving towards producing parts, better known as Single Part Production (SPP). This production method is making huge profits in shortening lead times and a saving of at least 30% on labour costs and hence the profitability of the company.
Machining centres are already fully prepared for this, even the modern spraying lines and spray paint suppliers are ready for it. However, they lacked a suitable SPP joining method. Until now, that is.

DJP OMNI-JOINT literally forms the missing link in the far-reaching industrialisation of the joinery process. Thanks to the speed of also applying automated production to spraying, drying and joining, a maximum acceleration of the production process is possible. In one production run, controlled, without waiting times and interim storage.

Avoiding bottlenecks results in complete control of production steps and quality. By joining the painted parts with DJP OMNI-JOINT, the element immediately receives the required end result. Permanently strong and durable with painted wood in the joint. IFT tested.
VERSATILE
The DJP OMNI-JOINT jointing system is suitable for all timber sizes, detailing, wood types and regardless of the type of paint. The parts are assembled on a mounting table, whereby you can opt whether or not to directly fit the glass. It is suitable for a flow-coat finish, although painted wooden parts will deliver the greatest yield.
IFT ROSENHEIM
The mechanical system for joining windows has been tested by the Institute for Window Technology in Rosenheim in accordance with Directive IFT FE 08-1.
