WOOD ROT FREE DJP ISOFIX FALL PREVENTION ASSEMBLY
You can now safely, easily and permanently sustainably attach French balconies and fall protection to wooden frames. The unique closed plug sheath prevents contact between the metal and wood, and assures a watertight seal. This makes moisture ingress, internal condensation and wood rot definitively a thing of the past. Thanks to the stainless steel A4-quality, mounting is always corrosion-free, even in coastal areas.
SIMPLY ADD VALUE WHILE RETAINING THE GUARANTEE
The DJP ISOFIX plugs are applied virtually automatically and under controlled conditions. Processing is simple and adapted to the common process in the joinery works. The system, including the connection to the structure, is certified according to the SKH assessment guideline BRL 0801; thus making it possible to retain guarantees.
CONSIDERABLE REDUCTION IN ASSEMBLY TIME
Upon delivery, the frame is immediately ready for fence assembly. This can even be done by one person in one cycle of operations.
SIGNIFICANT REDUCTION IN FAILURE COSTS
The fencing supplier and joinery works directly coordinate mounting points and tolerances, which minimises the risk of construction errors. Advance measuring up and drilling on the structure belong to the past.
The system is suitable for the assembly of all fencing. Quality is assured in accordance with the Eurocode (Strength) and SKH directive BRL 0801 (Durability).
CAN ALSO BE APPLIED IN THE WORKS USING A DJP DRILLING TEMPLATE
Ideally, the joinery works already apply the fixing holes and DJP ISOFIX plug in the frame. It is also possible to make the holes manually. We have developed a special drilling template for this. The DJP DRILLING TEMPLATE has two height-adjustable drilling positions and at the bottom an inside-mounted stop. This makes it very easy for you to drill the holes in the correct position. Can be used both left and right and for 67 mm or 90 mm posts.
DJP OMNI-JOINT THE MISSING LINK
The first joint for the Single Part Production of timber frames, windows and doors. The circle is complete for the assembly of painted frame parts. The unique DJP OMNI-JOINT connector clamps the parts to form a strong element. Machining centres are already fully equipped for this type of production, just as the modern spraying lines. As a result, this patented joint provides maximum support in time and quality.
SINGLE PART PRODUCTION
The timber door, window and fasade industry is now moving towards producing parts, better known as Single Part Production (SPP). This production method is making huge profits in shortening lead times and a saving of at least 30% on labour costs and hence the profitability of the company.
Machining centres are already fully prepared for this, even the modern spraying lines and spray paint suppliers are ready for it. However, they lacked a suitable SPP joining method. Until now, that is.
DJP OMNI-JOINT literally forms the missing link in the far-reaching industrialisation of the joinery process. Thanks to the speed of also applying automated production to spraying, drying and joining, a maximum acceleration of the production process is possible. In one production run, controlled, without waiting times and interim storage.
Avoiding bottlenecks results in complete control of production steps and quality. By joining the painted parts with DJP OMNI-JOINT, the element immediately receives the required end result. Permanently strong and durable with painted wood in the joint. IFT tested.
The DJP OMNI-JOINT jointing system is suitable for all timber sizes, detailing, wood types and regardless of the type of paint. The parts are assembled on a mounting table, whereby you can opt whether or not to directly fit the glass. It is suitable for a flow-coat finish, although painted wooden parts will deliver the greatest yield.
The mechanical system for joining windows has been tested by the Institute for Window Technology in Rosenheim in accordance with Directive IFT FE 08-1.
The new mechanical frame connection DJP PROFIX
is revolutionising joinery works. This makes the production of wooden frames much more efficient. Realised by a unique follow plug (‘volgplug’) and bolt joint for direct fixation and initial strength of the frame. The adhesive provides the required final strength and is watertight.
This approach is on the one hand revolutionary in terms of the connection and on the other hand it is also evolutionary. The bolt and plug are the result of a continuous process of seeking improvements. INNODEEN has specially developed the so-called follow plug within the framework of the IPC project Comfort Facade (Comfortgevel). The combination of follow plug and the associated bolt and adhesive have resulted in a KOMO-certified joining technique.
DIRECT STRENGTH TO FRAME CONNECTIONS
This innovative combination is KOMO-certified according to BRL 0819. The DJP PROFIX optimises the industrial joinery process in time and quality. The effective mechanical connection shortens process times and after mounting, immediately strengthens the wooden frame.
DIRECT HANGING AVOIDS WAITING TIMES AND INTERIM STORAGE
After fitting the glazing, you can even hang up large, heavy frames without any loss of quality and without interruptions in connection with the hardening of the adhesive. With the DJP PROFIX, it is also possible to mount the frame parts while they are hanging. After cutting away excess adhesive, the frame is ready for spraying. 'Waiting' frames in the interim storage belong to the past, thus significantly reducing the lead time.
STRONG, DRY AND PERMANENTLY CLOSED
The DJP PROFIX is applicable to all external joints. The joint is fixed with the DJP FOLLOW PLUG 0819 (Ø14 mm) in combination with a unique INNODEEN bolt and the Opti-Joint XP II adhesive of Drywood Coatings. The joint is strong, closed and permanently dry.
