Circular composite siding
DBP SIDING is made from COMPODEEN WFC, a bio-based composite consisting of 72% wood fibre and 28% polypropylene. The wood fibre comes from PEFC certified residual flows. Thanks to the biofibre, Compodeen has a natural aging like wood without risk of degradation.
Compodeen is free from environmentally harmful additives, fully circular and therefore a very responsible choice as a sustainable and environmentally friendly alternative to other materials.
TYPE: CHANNEL - 150 mm
The actual height of the profiles is 187 mm.
The effective height is 150 mm.
Standard length is 3600 mm.
This can be deviated from in consultation on a project basis.
STANDARD NATURAL TONES
Brushed - smooth Brushed - wood grain
Lengths greater than 3600 mm can be bridged by extending
the siding profiles, this can be done with or without the use of the dilatation profile.
Open dilatation: a dilatation seam of at least 10 mm is maintained in a half-brick bond.
Due to the initial moisture absorption of Compodeen, the seam becomes smaller over time.
On a project basis, we can also offer different colors in addition to our standard colors.
This can be a transparent color stain or an opaque RAL color.
Ask for the conditions.
Wood fibre, the main component of Compodeen, is PEFC certified and comes from residual flows from sustainably managed forests. For this purpose, residual wood is also used by cutting from the carpentry industry. During the extrusion process, no toxic or harmful substances are added, but polypropylene (PP). PP is one of the most environmentally friendly thermoplastics. The short material of Compodeen is shredded and then forms new basic material for Compodeen without compromising on quality.
