Wood fiber, the main component of Compodeen, is PEFC certified and comes from residual flows from sustainably managed forests. For this purpose, residual wood is also used by cutting from the carpentry industry. During the extrusion process, no toxic or harmful substances are added, but polypropylene (PP). PP is one of the most environmentally friendly thermoplastics. The short material of Compodeen is shredded and then forms a new basic material for Compodeen without compromising on quality.
